I know everyone says it’s their favorite, or says that EVERY holiday is their favorite. But I really do love Halloween the most! Hence this post with 20 pictures of Reese doing the exact same thing. I love decorations and costumes and scary movies and candy and the Monster Mash. Unfortunately I married a man who hates costumes and refuses to watch scary movies. Booooooo. But I’m not gonna let it get me down. I mean I *kind of* got him to dress up for our Star Wars family pic in Disneyland. And he was Rex from Rex-Kwon-Do (Napoleon Dynamite LOL) for Mickey’s Trick or Treat Party in Disneyland.

One thing we do agree on, however, is books! We decided to try our best to find & purchase books for every major holiday/celebration. This year my mom came through first! This A Brave Little Witch book is adorable and the Curious George Halloween is a good, durable board book.

I also ordered Dracula from the BabyLit books, but my hopes are not high for it to arrive before Halloween. 🙁 My friend Kelly over at Delicious Reads has a great list of cute Halloween picture books which I hope to acquire over time. 🙂

She was more interested in the crinkly candy wrappers and trying to share with Coco, but I think she’s into Halloween. I’ve got about 5 years worth of family costume ideas waiting on deck so she better be.

Fun Fact: That cute little Halloween bear was given to me by my aunt Pam when I was in the NICU over Halloween! My mom kept it and puts it out with her Halloween decorations every year and gave it to me for Reese this year!

Even if we’ve already had 2 costumes and a pumpkin outfit I’m still excited for the REAL Halloween this weekend! Happy Halloween everyone!
